Policies, Terms, and Conditions

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. If you ever have any questions about an order, please email the Order Fulfillment Department: shipping@chompslivebreaks.com

Address Updates

Customers wishing to update their shipping address should submit an Address Update Form.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address details are accurate and complete when submitting an address update.

Chomps Live Breaks, Inc is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or due to the failure of the customer to properly follow the address update process.

Address updates will not be accepted via email, the YouTube chat, website chat, or any other inbox on the various social media platforms we use. 

In cases where multiple addresses are provided by the customer (e.g., through different orders or profiles), the most recently verified address on the official Address Update Form will be considered the valid shipping address.

Address changes will not apply retroactively to orders that have already been processed or are in transit.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to address changes will be thoroughly investigated and may result in account suspension.

Sorting/Assignment of Cards

​All Cards Ship - ALWAYS!

In Frenzy (divisional) breaks, you will always receive the HITS assigned to your division. However, we do not sort regular base cards by division, instead we send every division in the break an equal, even stack of unsorted base cards.

In Pick Your Team or Random Team breaks, you will receive all cards assigned to the team.

Hits will be in top-loaders, non-numbered rookies or specific inserts will be sleeved. All other cards will ship in a team bag.


If a card is pulled that has multiple players on it, whoever has 51% ownership of the teams will win the card. If nobody has 51% of the teams associated with the card, we will use random.org at the end of the break to determine the winner.

If there is a card pulled that does not have an assigned team or spot, we will use random.org to randomize the card to all spots for this break.

Leaf Products: Leaf contracts with the individual player and their products include cards of the player only. Leaf cannot list a city or team name and removes all logos in uniforms. Players can often pictured in multiple uniforms or even college uniforms. These uniforms are considered unidentifiable. When assigning cards from Leaf products, Chomps Live Breaks assigns players with the following guidelines:

  • Active Players - assigned to the team the player is a member of on the date the product is released.

  • Retired Players - assigned to the team they played for the longest.

eBay

All teams are guaranteed to have at least one card pulled of their represented team as listed in the subject line. If a card is not pulled, the buyer is entitled a refund.  In the unlikely event this takes place, the buyer must request this by messaging us on eBay – it will not happen automatically. 

Shipping
Breaks on eBay are charged shipping @ $4.99 for first team, $0.50/team after that.  If you win multiple teams, please wait for a combined invoice.  These are sent after the last team closes (Usually the Washington Nationals). Most eBay breaks will ship within 1-3 business days after live break. During flagship releases that require more time sorting, your break could take a few additional days to ship.

Payment
Auction winners must pay their invoice within 15 minutes of scheduled live break start time.  If not, your spot may be forfeited, and you could be blocked from bidding on future Chomps Live Breaks auctions. Per eBay rules, there are no refunds once the live break starts. 

Insurance/Expedited Shipping

Insurance can be added to the order for an additional fee - please use this listing to purchase insurance.

We will do our best to accommodate expedited shipping requests, at your expense, upon request. Please contact shipping@chompslivebreaks.com to request expedited shipping or add additional shipping services.

International Shipping

Effective May 1, 2024, all international orders will be subject to arranged payment for shipping. To initiate the shipping of your cards to an international address, please send an email to shipping@chompslivebreaks.com with your order details, and we will send an invoice for payment. Please also include any necessary customs declarations and values.

We strongly recommend that our international customers use Ship My Cards or a similar service, to facilitate international shipping.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

Refunds/Cancellations (Before the Break)

As Chomps Live Breaks continues to grow, it has become necessary for us to instate new refund & cancellation policies. Please note that these policies and fees are in alignment with others in the industry.
 
Moving Break Spots - for a number of reasons, including the need to maintain accurate order records, when you are requesting to move your purchased break spot(s) to a different break or to remove your purchased break spot(s) and apply it as break credit, you will be charged a restock fee of 5%.

Refund Requests - You may request a refund for your website, frenzy, credit, or personal purchases before the break has begun. A break has started once your name has been submitted by the MOC to the breaker. Due to increasing credit card fees, anyone requesting a refund prior to a break taking place will be subject to a transaction cancellation fee of 5%. The fee is to cover the payment processing fees that are not reimbursed to us when we issue a refund. Any returned funds on our website, or via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App, will reflect a 5% deduction for the transaction cancellation fee.

Processing of Refunds - Once a refund is submitted by Chomps Live Breaks, it may take multiple days for you to see and have access to the returned funds. This varies by your individual bank or credit card company, and Chomps Live Breaks cannot control the amount of time it takes for a refund to process. Please contact your bank for questions about a refund after it has been submitted on our end.

Refunds/Cancellations (After the Break)

Due to the nature of the product, once it is opened it cannot be returned to its original state (sealed) therefore refunds are not a possibility. Once a break has started there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Shipped sealed personals are not refundable once they have been shipped.

Chomps Live Breaks cannot assure the claims made by the product companies on their hit guarantees. For instance: If a specific brand claims that there are two autographs/box and we only pull one, this is not grounds for a refund from Chomps Live Breaks.  That said, Chomps works hard to assure that this is made right by our winners from the card company (a new pack, box replacement, etc.), but there is no guarantee that this will take place.  Buyers understand that Chomps Live Breaks cannot control this, and will ship the cards we open on camera.  Nothing more, nothing less.
